POST-CONFERENCE TRAVEL

INFORMATION ON POST-CONFERENCE TOURS

  1. The post-conference tours with details shown below are being especially organised for our overseas attendees.
  2. There are  minimum numbers required for these special tours to operate but we will endeavour to transfer the bookings onto normal tour operators with similar itineraries as much as possible to those indicated. In these instances there may be a small adjustment to the price depending on the circumstances.
  3. We also reserve the right to amend the itineraries if there are circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Payment by credit card of a deposit as shown below for each tour is required at the time of registration to reserve a place on the tour and this will be refunded only if the tour is cancelled because of insufficient numbers. Pay your deposit online here.
  5. The balance of the tour price is payable a minimum of 45 days before the tour departure date, or when otherwise requested (or the deposit will be forfeited). Pay your balance online here
  6. A comprehensive travel insurance policy is strongly recommended to protect you against cancellation for any unforeseen event outside your control.  You should also have protection against other travel related costs such as medical and baggage expenses while you are overseas and we recommend that this be taken out when paying for your travel arrangements.
  7. Please note that our organisation is a non-profit community society who are not travel specialists and we are arranging these special activities as a courtesy to our overseas visitors. Therefore, please make the additional task of organising these tours as hassle-free as possible.
